Administration Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day‑to‑day leadership for Financial Administrators across both locations.
- Coach, develop, and performance‑manage team members to maintain high standards.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture, integrating remote team members effectively.
- Hold individuals accountable to deadlines, targets, and behavioural expectations.
- Ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing and vendor invoice processing.
- Maintain adherence to financial controls, audit requirements, and internal procedures.
- Support month‑end processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Manage team workload and allocate resources proactively.
- Drive efficiency, automation, and best‑practice across administrative processes.
- Communicate insights clearly to peers and senior leaders.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Business Change teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing teams in a finance or administrative environment.
- Skilled in coaching, developing others, and managing performance.
- Confident addressing performance or behavioural issues professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Strong Excel capability, including advanced formulas.
- Good understanding of accrual accounting principles.
- Excellent relationship‑builder with peers and senior leadership.
- Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently at all levels.
