About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee customer service operations associated with the activity
- Ensure customer inquiries and requests are processed
- Supervise activities at remote sites (Singapore, Dubai)
- Manage the repair flow (handling/removal of aeronautical parts)
- Manage transport: quotations, transport offers, and shipment tracking
- Monitor and control logistics performance in accordance with client specifications and SLAs
- Ensure smooth execution of daily activities (customer tickets, complaints, after-sales service)
- Oversee billing and support the administrative department with invoicing
- Prepare for and participate in client reviews
- Collaborate with Operations teams, support functions, and logistics providers involved in service delivery
- Organize the team's workload
- Manage a team of 3 to 4 employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years' management experience in a customer service team or call center, ideally in a logistics environment
- Natural leader, autonomous, able to motivate and unite teams, with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in English required
