Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding Operations
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple countries
Experience with customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Must speak English and Mandarin
