About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide excellent, efficient and high-quality service to customers at all times
- Prepare and submit shipping documents including booking confirmations, insurance policies, certificates of origin, battery safety declarations, and shipping instructions in compliance with regulations and client requirements
- Calculate, verify, and process freight charges, attaching supporting documents and reconciling discrepancies to ensure timely settlement
- Coordinate to obtain accurate VGM data, submit declarations via authorized platforms within deadlines, and resolve submission errors to avoid shipment delays
- Book ground transportation based on cargo specifications, track shipment status in real time, and address disruptions to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Upload and organize key shipment documents into the client’s system, maintaining proper categorization, and generate periodic operational reports for process optimization
- Take up additional tasks as assigned, back up for other team members when necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree or above, major in logistics industry is preferred
- Know how in air / ocean / logistics / SCM
- Honest, reliable and responsible
- Positive attitude under high pressure, problem solver
- Skillful of PC & Internet
- Good command of Mandarin and English
- Software Skills: PPT, Excel, Word
