About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the inspection of incoming and outgoing parts required for use by the customer
Assist the customer quality team in identifying parts that may be irregular or classified as Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Works from diagrams, written and verbal descriptions as provided by the customer
Ensures part integrity and completeness through the maintenance of a tracking file
Evaluates data obtained through SAP to determine correctness and completeness of parts
Gathers and records data through a shared portal for guidance and decision making
Reviews data generated in support of the Quality Assurance program
Keeps up to date on overall activities of the DC, identifying problem areas and presenting data
Responsible for various reports including tracking and trending
Performs Hold and Release transactions
Understanding ESD processes and act accordingly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to handle basic statistical control methods
Previous Inventory experience
Experience with Quality Management System
