About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • process and input all customer orders
  • run and print shipments from WMS
  • generate all related paperwork and necessary information for customer work orders
  • maintain a good working relationship with customers
  • assure that receiving counts match packing lists and purchase orders
  • prepare reports concerning customer service as required by supervisors
  • oversee all paperwork associated with orders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity
  • intermediate computer skills
  • proficient with MS Office Applications
  • English (reading, writing, verbal)
  • business writing proficiency
  • intermediate level mathematical skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance
  • ability to multi-task
