Customer Service Agent – 2nd Shift

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- process and input all customer orders
- run and print shipments from WMS
- generate all related paperwork and necessary information for customer work orders
- maintain a good working relationship with customers
- assure that receiving counts match packing lists and purchase orders
- prepare reports concerning customer service as required by supervisors
- oversee all paperwork associated with orders
Requirements
What you’ll need- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity
- intermediate computer skills
- proficient with MS Office Applications
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
- business writing proficiency
- intermediate level mathematical skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance
- ability to multi-task
