About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build rapport and trust with clients through exceptional service
Process and input all customer orders
Run stock reports to check for product availability
Generate paperwork required for customer work orders
Expedite orders and trace shipments as necessary
Verify customers for proper invoicing
Maintain good working relationships with customers
Act as a liaison between warehouse and customer
Ensure accuracy of shipping documents
Enter and verify data regarding customer orders
Oversee paperwork associated with orders
Answer phone calls and assist visitors
Cross train in other administrative functions as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
1 year of experience in a Customer Service-related capacity
Intermediate computer skills
Proficient with MS Office Applications
Experience with WMS functions
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance
Ability to multi-task
Experience in warehouse/logistics support (preferred)
2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service-related capacity (preferred)
