About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities
oversee and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments and picking of outbound shipments
communicate professionally with customers
ensure quality control of products and orders
execute safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of warehouse
direct the warehouse team to achieve productivity objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

high school diploma or GED
1 year experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment
able to operate MHE
ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse
satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
basic computer skills
experience with RF Scanners and WMS functions
