About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing a multi-million dollar portfolio
Ensuring timely payment of outstanding receivables
Resolving complex payment issues
Executing proactive collection strategies
Communicating with customers (verbal and written)
Collaborating with Billing and Sales Administration for issue resolution
Processing credit card transactions, refunds, and adjustments
Providing ongoing customer service and handling special requests
Generating status reports detailing portfolio aging and payments
Preparing documentation for placing accounts with third-party collections agents
Supporting the Credit & Collection Management team with special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of two years' experience in credit and collections
Bachelor's or Associates degree, or equivalent post-high school education/training
Advanced Excel skills
SAP experience is a strong asset
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional interaction with customers and internal departments at all times
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Shipping experience preferred but not required.
