About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsibility for operational warehouse processes and the further development of projects
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the operations management team

- Develop, support and monitor process-level projects
- Optimize workflows within the area of responsibility

Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in logistics or a degree in business/logistics
- Relevant experience in logistics and in leading staff
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and warehouse management systems
- Strong process understanding and numerical/analytical aptitude
- Independent, responsible and structured working style
- Motivated, team player with a high level of commitment
- Awareness of safety and quality
- Strong communicator with an open personality who is comfortable making decisions
