About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You process and verify invoices, turnover and costs across Belgium, the Netherlands and other countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
- You follow up on outstanding payments and resolve invoice-related queries with customers and vendors to maintain healthy cash flow;
- You support month-end closing and prepare financial reports to provide clear business insights;
- You maintain and update financial and administrative data in systems such as SAP or other ERP/WMS tools;
- You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve administrative and financial discrepancies;
- You monitor financial workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy;
- You contribute to a structured and reliable financial administration within our logistics and supply chain operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have experience in an administrative or financial role, or you are a motivated starter with strong interest in finance;
- You have knowledge of invoicing, bookkeeping or financial processes within a logistics or corporate environment;
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
- You work accurately, structured and have a strong eye for detail;
- You are analytical, proactive, flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
