About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You process and verify invoices, turnover and costs across Belgium, the Netherlands and other countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
  • You follow up on outstanding payments and resolve invoice-related queries with customers and vendors to maintain healthy cash flow;
  • You support month-end closing and prepare financial reports to provide clear business insights;
  • You maintain and update financial and administrative data in systems such as SAP or other ERP/WMS tools;
  • You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve administrative and financial discrepancies;
  • You monitor financial workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy;
  • You contribute to a structured and reliable financial administration within our logistics and supply chain operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have experience in an administrative or financial role, or you are a motivated starter with strong interest in finance;
  • You have knowledge of invoicing, bookkeeping or financial processes within a logistics or corporate environment;
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
  • You work accurately, structured and have a strong eye for detail;
  • You are analytical, proactive, flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
