About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare/handle/process documentation - including house & master air waybills, commercial documents & customs/regulatory documents.
- Accurately track & trace cargo
- Dispatch freight
- Communicate effectively with: external customers, vendors & other DSV offices worldwide, through email, phone, instant message & in person.
- Monitor reports
- Accurate & timely client billing
- Contribute to maintaining strong vendor relationships- airlines, trucking companies & others
- Maintain compliance standards at all times- including internal policies & procedures, external government regulations & customer requirements
- Provide customer quotes on request
- Desire to understand overall department process flow & constantly seek opportunities for improved efficiency
- Meet key performance indicators to support division, branch, service & company goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in air export operations is desirable
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Team player capabilities
