Ensure that DSV's transportation and logistics operations comply with company quality standards and customer requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and processes.
Conduct audits and inspections of transportation and logistics operations to identify quality issues.
Create corrective action plans and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
Develop and maintain metrics to track quality performance.
Analyze data and identify trends to improve quality performance.
Collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and ensure compliance.
Provide training and support to employees on quality management systems and processes.
Conduct investigations and root cause analyses of quality issues.
Ensure that all regulatory and legal requirements related to quality are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes.
Ability to conduct audits and inspections.
Experience in developing and implementing corrective action plans.
Analytical skills to identify trends and improve quality performance.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with quality management software is preferred.
