About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the quality and compliance of products in accordance with official regulations, internal standards, and customer specifications.
- Perform physical and cosmetic inspection of incoming materials to ensure they meet required specifications (quality, quantity, physical condition);
- Monitor each stage of cargo handling processes to identify errors that could compromise the final product or lead to rework;
- Control receiving (IQC/IPQC) and shipping (OQC/FQC) processes to ensure compliance with official regulations, company policies, and customer requirements;
- Oversee product assembly to ensure proper handling, packaging, and labeling;
- Prepare internal and external non-conformance reports and, together with supervision, implement containment and corrective actions;
- Conduct daily process audits across departments to detect potential product quality issues and process non-conformities;
- Use equipment and operational systems correctly;
- Provide support to the operations team during daily activities;
- Maintain an organized workplace following the 5S methodology;
- Propose projects and ideas to improve operational workflows and the work environment;
- Report any irregularities or operational issues found;
- Ensure safety regulations are applied and followed.
