About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support multiple stakeholders with accurate and timely administrative handling of shipments;
- You play a key role in ensuring that export and import shipments are processed correctly in our systems (WMS/TMS);
- You verify and correct shipment data based on transport documents to guarantee accuracy and compliance;
- You prepare and manage transport documentation (CMRs, delivery notes, customs documents);
- You monitor and adjust loading lists and communicate updates with the terminal to support efficient warehouse operations;
- You confirm shipments and send EDI messages to ensure smooth communication across the supply chain;
- You register and track transport events and discrepancies, proactively informing the supervisor when issues arise;
- You provide clear information to internal teams and external partners regarding shipment status and customer requests.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a first administrative experience or recently obtained a bachelor’s degree;
- Experience or knowledge within transport, logistics, or supply chain is a strong plus but not required;
- You are familiar with IT tools such as Excel, Outlook, and ideally WMS/TMS systems;
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a good command of English and/or French;
- You are accurate, stress-resistant, proactive, and flexible, and willing to work in a night shift (22:00 - 06:00).
