Responsible for day-to-day site operations
Supervising warehousing, receiving, and shipping of products
Planning inbound and outbound volume and customer communication activities
Managing people including hiring, training, and performance appraisals
Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and quality requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
7 years’ experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment
5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with WMS systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and personnel skills
Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
