About the role

  • Coordinating meetings (including global), agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Maintaining organisation charts, documentation libraries, and shared mailboxes
  • Supporting preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, and internal communication material
  • Providing administrative and coordination support to managers and stakeholders
  • Assisting with compliance activities such as access reviews, audits, and evidence collection

Requirements

  • Are currently studying business, communication, IT, compliance, or a related field
  • Are comfortable using Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and AI tools
  • Have an interest in IT environments, governance, and structured processes
  • Have a strong sense of quality, organisation, and follow-through
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Are curious, proactive, and ready to learn in a global setting
