About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and analyze business requirements for the development of Hyperautomation solutions (RPA, AI, Power Apps) in close cooperation with Business Process Owners and Business Process Experts.
Coordinate the full lifecycle of Hyperautomation solution development, from idea to successful delivery.
Identify, validate, and assess business processes as candidates for automation and intelligent automation.
Organize and deliver presentations for business users, ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Take ownership of creating and maintaining the Process Definition Document (PDD).
Ensure Hyperautomation solution delivery in line with agreed plans and RoCoE standards.
Explore and evaluate new technologies and innovation opportunities within the Hyperautomation landscape.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
Proven experience with business process automation or Hyperautomation solutions.
Hands-on experience in creating visual business process mappings using BPMN 2.0 notation.
Experience working in Agile project environments and coordinating daily activities.
Knowledge of ITIL principles.
Experience in assessing automation opportunities and calculating total benefits delivered by automation solutions.
Strong ability to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable deliverables for development teams.
