About the role
- Gather and analyze business requirements for the development of Hyperautomation solutions (RPA, AI, Power Apps) in close cooperation with Business Process Owners and Business Process Experts.
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of Hyperautomation solution development, from idea to successful delivery.
- Identify, validate, and assess business processes as candidates for automation and intelligent automation.
- Organize and deliver presentations for business users, ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Take ownership of creating and maintaining the Process Definition Document (PDD).
- Ensure Hyperautomation solution delivery in line with agreed plans and RoCoE standards.
- Explore and evaluate new technologies and innovation opportunities within the Hyperautomation landscape.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience with business process automation or Hyperautomation solutions.
- Hands-on experience in creating visual business process mappings using BPMN 2.0 notation.
- Experience working in Agile project environments and coordinating daily activities.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles.
- Experience in assessing automation opportunities and calculating total benefits delivered by automation solutions.
- Strong ability to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable deliverables for development teams.
