About the role

  • Own people KPI from business strategy in the country division, act as the strategic partner to division leadership team to meet business objectives
  • Support and consult the leaders in managing transformations and people management topics, fostering people engagement
  • Leverage HR systems, analytics, and people data to generate insights, monitor key HR metrics (e.g., hiring, attrition, capability gaps, training effectiveness)
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and ensure people practices are compliant with local labor laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related field
  • Good know-how in all the primary HR processes and concepts
  • Strong conflict and change management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written fluency in both English and Chinese
  • A solid team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, consistently delivering results and solving complex problems
  • Proficient in MS Office
