Manager – People & Organization

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own people KPI from business strategy in the country division, act as the strategic partner to division leadership team to meet business objectives
- Support and consult the leaders in managing transformations and people management topics, fostering people engagement
- Leverage HR systems, analytics, and people data to generate insights, monitor key HR metrics (e.g., hiring, attrition, capability gaps, training effectiveness)
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and ensure people practices are compliant with local labor laws and regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 8 years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related field
- Good know-how in all the primary HR processes and concepts
- Strong conflict and change management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written fluency in both English and Chinese
- A solid team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, consistently delivering results and solving complex problems
- Proficient in MS Office
