About the role
- Timely and comprehensive settlement of claims arising from road, sea and air transport.
- Gathering documentation to determine liability for the incident.
- Correspondence in English.
- Analysis of the collected documentation and preparation of decisions to pay or refuse compensation.
- Conducting recourse proceedings against entities responsible for the damage.
- Ongoing contact with customers and DSV units.
Requirements
- You have a very good command of English.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
- You are able to make decisions independently and have highly developed communication skills.
- You are able to work under time pressure.
- Nice to have Experience in insurance, logistics or customer service
- You have a very good command of French
