About the role
- Establish local SOPs with shippers/consignees
- Provide quotations for local charges
- Handle customer inquiries via various channels
- Check and verify documents for compliance
- Carry out approved improvements in procedures
- Execute shipment bookings following SOP and quotations
- Inform supervisors of irregularities
