Key responsibilities & impact

Establish local SOPs with shippers/consignees
Provide quotations for local charges
Handle customer inquiries via various channels
Check and verify documents for compliance
Carry out approved improvements in procedures
Execute shipment bookings following SOP and quotations
Inform supervisors of irregularities
Handle customer complaints and claims follow-up
