About the role
- Ensure adherence to Customs regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
- Conduct compliance audits and reviews.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and training on compliance-related matters.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliance.

- Support compliance documentation and record-keeping.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in compliance, preferably in U.S. Customs.
- Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
