About the role

  • Identifies and documents quality-related issues
  • Makes proposals and implements measures in response to quality-related issues
  • Maintains communication and interaction with external auditors and clients in relation to the system
  • Operatively manages the food safety system and monitors and ensures its implementation and compliance
  • Ensures that the initial and ongoing staff training programs and plans are implemented and followed
  • Assists in the development of specific data protection controls and audits, including monitoring and oversight, to confirm that the necessary corrective actions are taken
  • Establishes an organization for maintaining the required documentation and record-keeping in compliance with the Regulation and local legislation
  • Ensures the updating of processes and documentation for data processing at DSV Road Ltd.
  • Ensures that internal audits are conducted at appropriate intervals, follow the predefined program, and that the necessary corrective measures are taken.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Quality manager with knowledge in developing and implementing standards would be considered as an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good technical knowledge of MS office
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to deadlines
  • Very good English language skills.
