About the role
- The Senior Project Manager for DSV Contract Logistics will be responsible to plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of projects related to new business implementation and other existing business initiatives within the Solutions organization
- Operate the project within the parameters of the DSV CL Project Approach methodology and Group PMO governance
- Facilitate DSV Quality Planning sessions with the client as the cornerstone for project scoping and execution
- Create a detailed task list (Project Schedule) with milestones and critical path tasks to ensure no deliverables or dependencies are overlooked
- Communicate the Project Scope and Schedule to all project resources and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and agreement
Requirements
- Four-year degree is basic requirement (Management, Engineering, Operations Preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ Logistics/Warehousing Industry experience
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project & Visio
- AutoCAD is a plus
- Warehouse Management System(s)
- English (reading, writing, verbal), Spanish a plus
