About the role
- The Cleanroom Tech Checker is responsible for the inspection of incoming and outgoing parts.
- Assists the customer quality team in identifying parts that may be irregular or classified as Dead on Arrival (DOA).
- Works from diagrams, written and verbal descriptions for inspections.
- Ensures part integrity and completeness through the maintenance of a tracking file.
- Reviews data generated in support of the Quality Assurance program; prepares reports and summaries.
- Validates data obtained through SAP to determine correctness and completeness of parts.
- Keeps up to date on overall activities of the DC, identifying problem areas.
- Performs Hold and Release transactions and understands ESD processes.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to handle basic statistical control methods.
- Must have previous Inventory experience.
- Current or previous experience with Quality Management System.
- Excellent computer skills, not limited to MS Office, Windows, or Visio.
- Ability to read simple technical drawings.
- Experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
