About the role

  • Lead and manage finance-related projects such as system implementations, process improvements, financial reporting initiatives, and regulatory compliance projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with finance leadership and stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, accounting, IT, and operations
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion
  • Track project budgets and ensure efficient use of financial and organizational resources
  • Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects comply with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and financial transparency
  • Support change management efforts related to finance system implementations or process changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within finance, accounting, or financial systems environments
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in financial systems and project management tools
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
