About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement interactive e-learning courses and digital training materials on a wide range of topics related to working at DSV
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate complex content into engaging, learner-friendly experiences
  • Apply instructional design methodologies and best practices in adult learning to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Develop digital learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, IMC Express, EasyGenerator, Synthesia, Vyond)
  • Ensure all content aligns with DSV’s global learning standards, brand guidelines, and accessibility requirements
  • Support the localization and translation of training materials for global and local use
  • Stay informed about new technologies and trends in digital learning, bringing innovative ideas to the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field (preferably Education, Instructional Design, Communication or Business)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge about authoring tools, preferably (Articulate Storyline, Rise, etc.)
  • Experience with video editing, graphic design, or multimedia tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of instructional design
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience of working in an international environment
