💰 $68,000 - $92,000 per year

About the role

  • responsible for the design, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise training programs across the organization
  • serves as the centralized owner of training standards, learning strategy, and training effectiveness
  • develops role-based curriculum, manages learning systems, evaluates program effectiveness through operational trends and performance data
  • partners with Operational Excellence (OpEx), Operations, Compliance, and leadership teams to close performance gaps through structured learning initiatives
  • coordinates system and process rollout training
  • leads train-the-trainer initiatives
  • delivers both virtual and in-person instruction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, operational training, or instructional design
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise or multi-location training programs
  • Experience administering or managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience developing curriculum, learning materials, and instructor-led training content
  • Experience supporting operational, logistics, transportation, or distribution environments preferred
  • Experience supporting cross-regional or international training initiatives preferred
