About the role
- responsible for the design, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise training programs across the organization
- serves as the centralized owner of training standards, learning strategy, and training effectiveness
- develops role-based curriculum, manages learning systems, evaluates program effectiveness through operational trends and performance data
- partners with Operational Excellence (OpEx), Operations, Compliance, and leadership teams to close performance gaps through structured learning initiatives
- coordinates system and process rollout training
- leads train-the-trainer initiatives
- delivers both virtual and in-person instruction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, operational training, or instructional design
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise or multi-location training programs
- Experience administering or managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience developing curriculum, learning materials, and instructor-led training content
- Experience supporting operational, logistics, transportation, or distribution environments preferred
- Experience supporting cross-regional or international training initiatives preferred
