About the role

  • Ensure that all commitments from various demand planning groups are within agreed product lead times
  • Resolve delays in providing needed material within agreed timeline
  • Manage lead times of all delivery orders placed on behalf of the customer
  • Expedite SAP delivery orders to the site
  • Review customer’s build/ship plans meeting commitments based on delivery dates
  • Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement projects
  • Manage dock operations ensuring safety procedures are followed
  • Serve in backup role for build supervisor
  • Assist with startup of new buildings ensuring all safety procedures are followed
  • Coordinates with local customer teams on startup projects and deliveries
  • Compile and prepare data for manager meetings
  • Identify areas of improvement around material

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Generally prefer 5+ years of related experience
