About the role
- translating financial data into actionable insights for management and operational teams
- delivering accurate financial reporting and controlling for the sites
- preparing forecasts and budgets
- identifying improvement opportunities through detailed analyses of cost structures and operational performance
- advising on investment decisions and supporting strategic projects
- optimising processes and performing internal controls
Requirements
- completed bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- extensive knowledge of Excel and SAP
- an affinity with IT systems
- strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
- flexibility, particularly during month-end closing
- the flexibility to work on-site at our Venlo office one day per week
