About the role
- Account Manager works on data acquisition and data processing
- Account Manager supports Junior Account Managers on daily basis
- Maintain process descriptions together with Account Owner
- Perform defined and assigned customer and non-customer facings support activities on behalf of the Account Owner
- Identify and communicate issues / challenges with the respective Account Owner
- Establish communication with the Account Owners, Stakeholders and globally located departments
Requirements
- Sound and proven knowledge of function’s principle
- Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company
