💰 $23 - $31 per hour
About the role
- Compile customer credit information submitted to our credit insurance company
- Conduct credit investigations and analyze diverse credit information
- Ensure customers do not exceed their credit limit
- Prepare internal and detailed Credit Agreement Forms
- Communicate with business and sales teams during customer application/review process
- Provide management with comprehensive summary of credit risk factors
- Assist in preparation and submission of monthly premium insurance declarations
- Ad hoc projects, as needed
Requirements
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in a Credit Department preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, particularly V-Lookup/Pivots/Formulas
- Understanding of D&B and Experian Credit Report data for B2B credit decisions preferred
- Understanding of the factors that go into making credit decisions
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise independent judgment and analysis
- Professional, business-like manner and excellent customer service skills
- SAP experience preferred
