Lead and oversee the collections process for assigned portfolio
Serve as the primary point of contact for dispute resolution
Act as the key speaking partner towards the customer and 3rd party payment company
Build and maintain strong partnerships with the billing team, operations and commercial team
Support the implementation of a consolidated financial reporting process

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Previous leadership or people management experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions
Proficiency in ERP, MS Office, Data & Reporting Tools and Third-Party Agency Portal
