About the role

  • Define, implement and coordinate the brand strategy and promotional activities for assigned products across Iberia (Spain and Portugal)
  • Translate global strategies into strong local execution
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, alignment with market needs, and optimal budget management
  • Design and deliver impactful annual Brand Plans
  • Lead cycle meetings, drive omnichannel initiatives
  • Turn insights into actionable strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, marketing or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Solid experience in brand planning, market research and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
