About the role
- Define, implement and coordinate the brand strategy and promotional activities for assigned products across Iberia (Spain and Portugal)
- Translate global strategies into strong local execution
- Ensure compliance with regulations, alignment with market needs, and optimal budget management
- Design and deliver impactful annual Brand Plans
- Lead cycle meetings, drive omnichannel initiatives
- Turn insights into actionable strategies
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Access, Compliance and Global Marketing
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, marketing or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Solid experience in brand planning, market research and data analysis
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
