About the role

  • Collaborate with developers early in the lifecycle, promote testability, and define strong acceptance criteria
  • Build and maintain Playwright test suites in TypeScript/JavaScript; automate API tests using Playwright, Postman, or Rest Assured
  • Perform risk-based manual testing for complex scenarios that cannot be automated
  • Embed automated tests into pipelines and create dashboards for transparent reporting (Xray, Jira, TestRail)
  • Share best practices, contribute to platform-wide test strategy, and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Monitor automation health, manage test data, and validate fixes during incident reviews

Requirements

  • 5+ years in test automation (preferably in supply chain/logistics or financial domains)
  • Expertise in Playwright + TypeScript/JavaScript and strong API automation skills
  • Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven shift-left mindset and developer collaboration
  • Clear, concise communication skills
  • Nice-to-have: TMS, financial systems, performance testing, SQL/data mocking, cloud
