About the role
- Manage selected projects including their risks and deadlines
- Gather business requirements that are later to be implemented in SAP SuccessFactors in collaborating with the rest of P&O and other business stakeholders
- Implement new functionality by either improving existing processes or perhaps introduce system support for new processes altogether by utilizing P&O technology
- Manage the full end-to-end implementation, test phases as well as any training as required
- Focus on compliance on how we collect, use and store data (according to EU and local country regulations) and ensure projects adhere to the established governance and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field is required
- Familiarity with P&O concepts and systems, with at least two years of experience in P&O-related systems administration, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential, along with proficiency in English (spoken & written).
