About the role

  • Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for DSV Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Perform bulk uploads of employee data
  • Maintain data integrity across systems by creating reports and analyzing data
  • Design and execute various audits to ensure data compliance with DSV policies and governance
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in administering HR-related systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), payroll processing, functional support, and implementing improvements
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficient level of English (spoken and written)
