About the role
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for DSV Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Perform bulk uploads of employee data
- Maintain data integrity across systems by creating reports and analyzing data
- Design and execute various audits to ensure data compliance with DSV policies and governance
- Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in administering HR-related systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), payroll processing, functional support, and implementing improvements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient level of English (spoken and written)
