About the role
- Monitor billing processes, verifying amounts, tax documents, and system records.
- Issue, check, and validate invoices and billing documents within deadlines.
- Ensure consistency between billed amounts, provisions, and agreed terms.
- Record and update financial and operational information in systems.
- Track the sending of invoices and documents to customers.
- Verify supplier invoices and expenses.
- Support the control and recording of logistics costs.
- Support administrative and operational routines in the logistics area.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
- Experience in logistics.
- Familiarity with operations management and warehouse procedures.
- Cost control and order tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
- Data analysis, strong organizational skills, and logical reasoning.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
