About the role

  • Shaping, driving, and governing Lundbeck’s global HR processes
  • Leading initiatives that enhance employee journey and elevate global employee experience
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues based in Denmark and the shared services center in Poland
  • Driving the exploration and assessment of new opportunities in ServiceNow and their integration with SuccessFactors
  • Acting as process owner for selected global HR operational processes

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (typically 8–10+ years) within HR operations, process optimization, HR transformation, or relevant consulting roles—ideally in a global organization
  • Demonstrated experience leading global process improvements
  • Practical experience working with user experience methods (e.g., journey mapping, voice of the user, prototyping)
  • Strong understanding of HR technologies—preferably ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and related tools
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset
