About the role
- Manager, Sampling Operations has responsibility for managing the sample operations function within the Commercial Operations team.
- Works closely with key personnel including Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Analytics and Alliance Partners to support sample operations.
- Responsible for sampling activities related to onboarding and offboarding field personnel, sample warehouse inventory levels, sample orders, reporting, and communications.
- Provides support related to vendor management, contracting, applicable SOPs and budget management.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable standard operating procedures (SOPS), laws and regulations that govern sample programs.
- Strong customer focus when working with field personnel to identify and resolve issues with Lundbeck applications.
- Coordinates cross-functional activities for sample allocations during sample order cycles.
Requirements
- Accredited Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of sampling operations/sample compliance experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- 2+ years of Veeva/salesforce.com (or similar systems) sample administration experience.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Proven ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical subject matter experts.
