About the role

  • Achieving the sales objectives in your territory for the promoted products
  • Planning and executing your territorial action plan together with your Area Manager
  • Segmenting your customer base and ensuring the right frequency and quality of sales visits
  • Building and maintaining a strong, positive image of Lundbeck among healthcare professionals, decision-makers and key institutions in your region
  • Keeping your product, competitor and disease-area knowledge fully updated to deliver high-quality and science-based promotional activities

Requirements

  • Strong drive to achieve territory objectives through effective planning, execution and follow-up of promotional activities.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with physicians and decision-makers, and identifying and engaging KOLs in hospitals and health centres.
  • The ability to analyse your territory using corporate tools.
  • Understanding of the healthcare environment (public administration, health areas, etc.) and the ability to adapt your activity accordingly.
  • Commitment to continuous self-development, keeping your scientific knowledge updated and enhancing your commercial and technical skills.
  • Active participation in performance management, identifying strengths and development areas.
  • A collaborative mindset, openness to change and willingness to share relevant information and best practices with colleagues.
  • Full adherence to company policies, including daily reporting, administrative tasks (expense notes) and compliance with the Farmaindustria and Lundbeck Codes of Conduct.
