About the role
- Supporting the activities of the Finance & Operational Excellence Department
- Ensuring accurate management of administrative and financial operations
- Acting as a reference point for collecting and organizing documentation during internal and external audits
- Collaborating with various business functions to optimize payment, archiving, and reporting processes
- Coordinating all internal and external audit requests related to the Finance Department
- Supporting the preparation of the annual financial statements in collaboration with auditors, consultants, and the shared service center
- Managing manual payments ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Handling the archiving of mandatory books and document management in compliance with current regulations
- Organizing and preparing documents for board meetings and assemblies, ensuring their completeness and accuracy
- Managing and updating expense report procedures
- Overseeing the contract renewal process for the Finance & Operational Excellence Department
- Contributing to the management of the Preferred Vendor System and cost monitoring in line with company SOPs
- Ensuring compliant digital document preservation in accordance with AgID standards
Requirements
- Degree in Economics or related fields
- At least one year of experience in a similar role or related activities within structured organizations
- Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures and applicable regulations
- Precision, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with auditors, consultants, and internal teams
- Experience with management software, preferably SAP
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- A collaborative, cross-functional, and project-oriented mindset
- Very good command of English
- Residence in Milan will be considered a preferred requirement.
