About the role
- Directs the organization's compensation, benefits and HR operations functions
- Responsible for overall design, implementation, communication, administration, and ongoing evaluation of the organization’s compensation and benefits programs
- Directs HR operations to ensure data accuracy, analytics and reporting support business decisions
- Develops and maintains total rewards philosophy and supporting programs
- Collaborates with global total rewards leadership in Copenhagen for alignment of U.S. programs with global strategies
- Leads communications strategy for total rewards for the U.S.
Requirements
- Accredited Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience in benefits and compensation programs (Total Rewards Programs)
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in developing and administering complex compensation strategies
- 5+ years managing a team of direct reports
- Demonstrated knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations
- Clear, precise and effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Results driven with ability to operate independently and proactively
- Proven ability to establish rapport and work across all levels of organization
