About the role
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for DSV Employee Central (DSV’s global HRIS powered by SAP SuccessFactors).
- Manually update employee data at scale.
- Help maintain data integrity in systems by creating reports and analyzing data.
- Create and carry out various audits to ensure master data complies with DSV policies and governance.
- Partner with managers and HR partners to correct data while providing guidance on DSV policies and DSV Employee Central functionality.
- Perform additional project and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management, information technology, or a related field required.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources field (including Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management, and Training).
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in HR-related systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), payroll processing, functional support, and enhancement development required.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Proficient level of English (spoken and written).
