About the role
- Serve customers courteously and professionally via phone, email and systems, resolving inquiries and providing information about logistics processes
- Perform daily follow-up on shipments (air, sea and road), updating status from origin pickup to delivery at destination
- Monitor customs clearances, warehousing and deliveries, keeping the customer informed of timelines and any incidents
- Record, monitor and manage operational incidents (delays, damages, discrepancies) with internal teams and external partners (carriers, terminals, ocean carriers/liners, freight agents, customs brokers)
- Support the commercial and operations teams by clarifying questions about Incoterms, timelines, transport documents and compliance
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and company compliance policies
- Prepare performance monitoring reports for processes and service levels provided to the customer
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities in service and communication workflows
- Act as the "voice of the customer" within the organization, providing feedback to the areas involved
- Perform other related duties as directed by leadership and as required by organizational needs
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years in logistics operations (preferably at a multi-client warehouse)
- Knowledge of operations/warehouse management
- Knowledge of supply chain management
- Proficient in MS Office
