About the role
- Implement the commercial strategy within your territory
- Ensure comprehensive (360°) account management
- Design and execute business plans aligned with the national strategy
- Lead initiatives with customers, including sales visits and scientific meetings
- Work closely with Marketing, Market Access and Medical Affairs to identify and engage key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in health sciences, management, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a hospital medical information representative/specialist, promoting hospital-only medicines.
- Proven experience introducing new products into hospital accounts and securing market access, including work with payers and hospital pharmacies;
- Excellent command of Portuguese and a good level of spoken and written English;
- Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other digital tools).
