About the role

  • Implement the commercial strategy within your territory
  • Ensure comprehensive (360°) account management
  • Design and execute business plans aligned with the national strategy
  • Lead initiatives with customers, including sales visits and scientific meetings
  • Work closely with Marketing, Market Access and Medical Affairs to identify and engage key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in health sciences, management, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a hospital medical information representative/specialist, promoting hospital-only medicines.
  • Proven experience introducing new products into hospital accounts and securing market access, including work with payers and hospital pharmacies;
  • Excellent command of Portuguese and a good level of spoken and written English;
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other digital tools).
