About the role
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expenses, and meeting preparation.
- Liaise effectively with senior stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams as well as with external partners, ensuring timely communication, alignment, and follow-up.
- Prepare polished presentations, briefing notes, and communication materials for leadership meetings, commercial reviews, and external engagements.
- Act as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director and Commercial Leadership Team, contributing to strategic discussions, commercial prioritisation, and decision-making.
- Support Budget and Mid-Term Planning (MTP) processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, project management, or business partnering roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
