About the role

  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand role requirements, mandatory qualifications, and preferred skills for highly technical positions in commercial and government contracted environments
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, Boolean searches, referrals, and niche technical platforms, including cleared-talent and hard-to-fill technical sourcing channels
  • Screen resumes and applications against minimum and preferred qualifications, ensuring consistent, job-related evaluation and proper documentation
  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess technical experience, certifications, clearance eligibility, and alignment with organizational values
  • Collaborate with HR, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure hiring practices align with federal contracting, security, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Five years’ experience of recruiting experience, including at least three (3) years recruiting for highly technical roles in both government contracting and commercial environments
  • Experience using advanced sourcing techniques and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting technologies
  • Experience recruiting employees nationally
