About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Will be responsible for managing Urology Extractors, Wires and Needles global product lines, and serve as operational lead for the Urology Global Product Management team.
  • Will focus on downstream/postmarket responsibilities, with heavy emphasis in operations, including coordination with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity, commercialization readiness, product change implementation, and cross-functional execution.
  • Assist in the development, and communication, of the global strategy for the assigned product line(s), and lead execution in alignment with specialty, division and company business goals, vision and strategy.
  • Manage total product life cycle (TPLC) of assigned product line(s) from idea inception to obsolescence.
  • Work closely with stakeholders within the Division, Marketing, company Functions, and Operational Units (including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, and other groups) to implement the strategy for assigned product line(s) and ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure, and projects.
  • Manage the financial health of product line(s) by setting appropriate pricing thresholds, managing margins and cost improvement opportunities, in collaboration with commercial business and other company teams.
  • Responsible for the availability and efficiency of assigned product line(s) within the TPLC; collaborate with functional teams and contribute to developing product retirement strategies when necessary.
  • Develop and drive the product pipeline for assigned product line(s).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience, including but not limited to, product management, engineering, sales and/or marketing.
  • Advanced degree (Masters or MBA or equivalent) may reduce the years of experience requirement.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects or initiatives.
  • This role requires fluency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts, including the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs, improve workflows using approved tools, identify and mitigate bias or inaccuracies, and communicate AI-driven insights clearly and responsibly to peers and managers.
