About the role
- Facilitate, lead, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Lead projects from inception to completion
- Perform all tasks in alignment with internal and external quality standards
- Initiate and drive change requests
- Participate in risk assessments and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA)
- Address and resolve conflicts related to technical situations
- Adhere to and support the Quality Management System processes
- Work effectively and professionally with colleagues
- Strictly adhere to safety requirements
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Remain calm and receptive in fast-paced situations
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Critical thinking and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing
- Previous experience in a quality engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required
- All candidates should have an interest in a career in the Life Sciences field
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred
- All candidates must provide proof of enrollment (including pre-registration certification for the following fall) for consideration
- Multiple disciplines will be considered (e.g., Marketing, Life Sciences, General Business, and Management)
